Despite Osama bin Laden‟s and Ayman al-Zawahiri‟s 1998 “Fatwa Against Jews and Crusaders” as a call to wage war against Americans – “civilian and military” – because of our involvement within Kuwait and Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm, the fact remains that Islamists had already been at war with us for decades. Islam remains diametrically opposed to Trinitarian Christians and, therefore, Muslims must view us with suspect even if we “turn the other cheek” in reply.My personal interest in defeating runaway Islam arose in 1979 when Iranian students and Pakistani supporters attacked our embassies in Tehran and Islamabad. These were not “radical” fringes, but people who sought to return to Islam‟s glory days when the Prophet Muhammad murdered and conquered for Allah. Few people today understand the barbarity and deception practiced by Islam‟s founder, but no one with a grade schooler‟s understanding of the cult can deny the twenty-seven military campaigns led by Muhammad ibn Abdallah, or the half dozen or so assassinations “the Prophet” ordered against those who simply disagreed with his beliefs.Today, America has three enemies that seek its destruction.
